Memorial Day at Sunburst Youth Academy!

The 24 Foundation welcomed the Mentees back to Sunburst Youth Academy after a three day visit home with their families. The sun was shining and so were our hearts! With the help and encouragement of the Sunburst Youth Academy Booster Moms, Christine and I came to the base selling The 24 Foundation DVD's of the Mentees performances.The money made will go directly to the next batch of 24 Foundation Mentees at Sunburst. Some parents had no idea their son or daughter was so talented and were eager to see the DVD! Each family came by our table with appreciation, stories of their child and pure love in their eyes as they said goodbye to their child. "10 days until Graduation!" Mentee Jesse Hernardez beamed at me. We made $180 and will be selling more DVD's at the Graduation June 10th Being held at: Cottonwood Christian Church 3311 Sausalito Street Los Alamitos, CA 90720 Saturday, June 9th 2012 9:45am - 12pm
